  1. When constructing wall from the columns normally there will be aircracks. To avoid that we reinforce the junction with chicken mesh before plastering.
  2. We use rainwater harvesting wherever applicable for that building nature.
  3. In coastal areas we use steel with antirust coating which even for personal house construction in ECR nobody uses.( Reference Our construction at PSB Polytechnic & Engineering College.)
  4. We always perform soil testing preferable from Nagadi Engineers before submitting the site for structural design.
  5. Streamline purchases where Cement is procured directly from Cement factories.
  6. Wherever applicable we use ISI certified products for construction. ( Small exceptions like nails, ropes etc.,)
  7. Anti-Termite treatment is mandatory in all our buildings irrespective of client instructions.
  8. Windows are designed with sunshades to avoid direct sun light and rain splashes.
  9. Roofs are protected with weathering coarse.
  10. Concrete curing and span interval for removing scaffolding materials are strictly followed.
  11. Daily reporting system of quantity used on that day prevents malpractices.
